Season’s Greetings from the ReserveFishing.com Family!

We’d like to take this time to thank you all again for being a part of the ReserveFishing.com family. Each and every one of our Clients, Captains, Guides and Charters is important to us and we hope you have a safe, fun, and relaxing holiday!

We think 2012 was a very successful and positive year for us in that we saw unprecedented growth in our guide network, launched some great partnerships with industry powers like KeepAmericaFishing.com and the Fishing Guide’s Home Page, and saw a very positive increase in both consumer exposure and actual bookings.

We want to take this opportunity to let you know about some of the exciting plans we have to greatly enhance how we can help you grow moving forward.

The first and biggest piece of news is that we’ve signed an exclusive partnership agreement with the one of the industry leading television networks to both integrate our booking technology into their website and to use their international marketing power to bring more customers to the ReserveFishing.com guide network. We can’t say much more than that for now, more details will be available around the first of the year when we formally “Launch” the deal.

We think this is going to be a huge starting point toward increasing consumer marketing, and you will see ReserveFishing.com advertised heavily on both television programming and web content, which will drive more customers to all of our network charters.

We are also excited to announce that our “Book Me Now” button is in its final stages of development, something that has been a long time coming, but we think will be a huge hit. This feature will enable you to easily fully book trips right on your own website, allow clients to view your availability, and greatly streamline the day-to-day minutiae of running your business, all at a greatly reduced commission.

Once again, we are extremely thankful for all of you and we’re always looking for feedback, so please feel free to let us know how we’re doing and what you’d like to see moving forward.

From all of us here at ReserveFishing.com, have a relaxing and safe Holiday season!

    ReserveFishing.com Live with KeepAmericaFishing.org Partnership

Oak Point, TX – ReserveFishing.com would like to announce that our partnership with one of the most powerful forces in the fishing industry, KeepAmericaFishing.org, has gone live! KeepAmericaFishing is the voice of the American angler and the outreach arm of the American Sportfishing Association.

Their message is really pretty simple and reads as follows:

KeepAmericaFishing™ is leading the fight to preserve your right to sustainably fish on our nation’s waterways. As the voice of the American angler, KeepAmericaFishing works to keep our public resources – our oceans, lakes, rivers and streams – open, clean and abundant with fish.

We here at ReserveFishing.com are also very passionate about conservation and the future of not only our resources, but our ability as anglers to access them. Because of that interest, we have decided to donate $5 from every trip booked through the widget on the KeepAmericaFishing.com homepage to them for use in conservation, political activism and outreach.

Please go spend some time on KeepAmericaFishing.org and see what they are doing to promote and grow public angling opportunities for all. Go to www.keepamericafishing.org to book a trip and donate to the future of fishing!

    October Affiliate Updates

Oak Point, TX- It’s been a crazy month here at ReserveFishing headquarters, we’ve been working hard signing up guides, booking trips and working out affiliate and marketing deals that will go a long way to both boost our guides exposure and to make it easier for clients to book trips with the best fishing charters and guides in the country.

We’d like to announce the launch of live affiliate partnerships with several companies that we’ve developed in the last few weeks. These partners are invaluable to the ReserveFishing.com team and will be working in concert with us as we continue to grow and link fishermen with their dream fishing trips the world over.

The specifics of each partnership may be slightly different, but they all include one important thing; the ability for consumers to book fishing trips on the affiliate’s site. For consumers, this means it will be easier than ever to find a guide on the body of water of your choice, while still receiving the same 110% low price guarantee and the convenience of the industry’s only “one stop shop” experience.

For Guides, these new affiliate partnerships mean that your guide business is receiving even more exposure through our affiliate partner’s websites. Now, your membership in ReserveFishing.com’s guide network doesn’t just provide potential bookings from our direct customers, but potentially from every person visiting each of our partner’s websites as well.

This month, we’d like to announce the launch of the following affiliate partnerships.

ReserveFishing and Great Lakes Scuttlebutt Launch Affiliate Program!

Oak Point, TX – ReserveFishing.com President and CEO Craig Pettigrew announced an affiliate partnership between ReserveFishing.com and Great Lakes Scuttlebutt Magazine (GLS), the best source of boating news, reviews and information in the Great Lakes region. “Magazines like GLS are one of the best ways for consumers to find out what’s new in the industry. We wanted to be a part of their increase in fishing coverage as well as offer GLS users the ability to easily book fishing trips all over the country with the best Captains in the business.”

Through the partnership, GLS has installed the ReserveFishing.com bookings widget on their home page, by which website visitors can directly book guided fishing trips all across the country with no hassles and a 110% low price guarantee.

ReserveFishing.com is the only online reservation network dedicated solely to guided fishing trips. Visitors can search for a guide on any body of water, then review rates, amenities and reviews for all the guides that work on that waterbody. Once they have selected a guide, the customer can then book the trip right there without any hassles. The key to the service is ReserveFishing.com’s proprietary technology that integrates an online calendar to the reservation system, eliminating the need to call several captains and see if they are available for the day in question. Users will instantly know if their selected charter is available the day they want to fish.

Great Lakes Scuttlebutt Publisher Erik Kyle was also eager to announce the new partnership, saying that “GLS is all about keeping the Great Lakes region plugged in to all things water related. We have really been trying to get more involved in the incredible fishing industry the region has to offer and what better way than to offer our readers the ability to book fishing trips with the area’s best Captains.”

Great Lakes Scuttlebutt Magazine has been providing Great Lakes area residents the latest boating news, product reviews, boat resources, up to the minute weather updates, and area boat shows and events for the past several years.

To check out this month’s online issue of GLS or to check out the newly launched search box and ReserveFishing.com interface, go to www.greatlakesscuttlebutt.com.

ReserveFishing and Lock-n-haul go live with Affiliate Partnership.

Oak Point, TX – ReserveFishing.com President and CEO Craig Pettigrew announced an affiliate partnership between ReserveFishing.com and Lock-n-haul, manufacturer of the world’s only 4-point inline load universal fit outboard boat motor support. “We have been looking for companies to partner with that have a similar perspective on the marketplace and see that the future of this industry is in technology. Jim Smith and Lock-n-haul are a perfect fit for us and with our bookings widget installed, Lock-n-haul customers will have the ability to search for and reserve a guided fishing trip anywhere in the country.”

According to the terms of the partnership, ReserveFishing.com developed and installed a specific consumer search box and placed it on Lock-n-haul’s website, allowing consumers to search for a guided fishing trip directly on Lock-n-haul’s site.

ReserveFishing.com will also promote the Lock-n-haul product through their media and marketing plans and introduce their network of guides to the device.

ReserveFishing.com is a technology company that has developed an automated bookings interface specific to the fishing industry. Customers can go to their site and one stop shop for a guided trip almost anywhere in the country, find out if the guide is available the day the customer wants to fish, and pay for it all in one place.

Unlike most listing agents or directories, ReserveFishing.com also has tremendous benefits for the charter captain and fishing guide, including the ability to utilize the online calendar system for managing their schedule, national exposure, and the interface itself, which allows customers to book trips with a guide 24hrs a day, with no overhead costs.

Lock-n-haul is the manufacturer of quality outboard motor supports designed specifically for trailering. The secret to their success is in the 4-point inline load support built into each Lock-n-haul unit. This support eliminates all side to side motion of the outboard when trailering and protects the motor from vibrations, damage and stress on the motor mounts.

For more information on the Lock-n-haul product or to check out the newly launched search box and ReserveFishing interface, go to www.lock-n-haul.com.
